For the purpose of clause (a) of section 5, the following offenses shall not be deemed to be offenses of a political nature:-

(a) Corruption,

(b) Human trafficking and trafficking or selling of narcotics,

(c) Production, storage, transportation or dealing in narcotics,

(d) Tax, revenue, banking transactions or any other similar (e) money laundering, (f) extortion, (g) child sexual abuse, p>

(h) Offenses related to illegal damage or illegal transportation of wild animals or forest produce,

(j) Offenses related to ethnic killing (genocide),

(j) Crimes against humanity,

(k) any organized crime or transnational organized crime,

(l) hijacking of aircraft or crimes against the security of civil aviation,

(d) Any offense against a diplomatic body or a person receiving diplomatic privileges,

(d) having attempted, abetted or conspired to commit an offense under clauses (a) to (d) or was intoxicated in committing such an offense or otherwise Misdemeanor involving some kind of involvement.
